  • Publication number: 20250017540
Abstract: A medical imaging system includes a camera to obtain a captured image including a subject under examination, a display for displaying a graphical user interface including the captured image, and a first boundary indication and a second boundary indication for superimposing and displaying an exposure region on the captured image, an input device for receiving an input operation for adjusting a position of the first boundary indication and an input operation for adjusting a position of the second boundary indication, and a controller for determining the position of the first boundary indication and the position of the second boundary indication according to the input operations received by the input device, and determining a position of an anatomical site. When the position of the anatomical site changes in the captured image, the position of the first boundary indication and the position of the second boundary indication change.

  • Publication number: 20250017538
Abstract: The X-ray imaging system includes a camera unit, a display unit, an input unit, an exposure assembly, and a control unit. The camera unit is configured to acquire a real-time optical image of a subject under examination. The display unit is configured to display the real-time optical image. The input unit is configured to receive a user operation and to form a target region on the user interface by changing the position of a center of the collimation region. The exposure assembly includes an X-ray source, a detector, and a collimator, the collimator having an opening configured to display a collimation region on the subject under examination. The control unit is configured to control movement of the X-ray source and the detector to align with the center of the target region, and control the opening of the collimator such that the collimation region is aligned with the target region.

  • Patent number: 11591570
Abstract: Provided herein are recombinant cardiomyocytes and cardiomyocyte cell lines expressing human Ether-a-go-go Related Gene (hERG) potassium ion channel, including, for example, stable cell lines, that comprise a transfected or transduced nucleic acid sequence encoding hERG. Also provided herein are methods of using the recombinant cardiomyocytes and cardiomyocyte cell lines expressing hERG for screening compounds for cardiotoxicity, including methods for determining the activity of compounds to inhibit hERG.
