  • Publication number: 20240310238
Abstract: The invention relates to a monitoring attachment for monitoring a nut (9) of a screw connection for cracking, deformation and/or breakage, wherein the monitoring attachment has a conductor loop which is guided around an outer periphery of the nut (9) and which is interrupted in the event of deformation, cracking and/or breakage of the nut (9). The monitoring attachment is characterised by at least two segments (1, 1?, 1?, 1??) which together enclose the periphery of the nut (9) and are held together frictionally at at least one radial connection point, wherein the conductor loop is guided over contacts at the connection point.

  • Patent number: 6818882
Abstract: A method for controlling a changing magazine for microscopes which combines the simple principle of a catch with a “forward looking” operation having a determined traveling speed profile along path v(x) which can be determined beforehand corresponding to the catch positions xj which are assumed to be known. Accordingly, the braking process can be initiated already before reaching the capture area, that is, before the catch signal is initiated. In contrast to the free positioning with a stepping motor or position-regulated driving device, no particular precision is required because the capture area of the catch mechanism is capable of compensating for greater tolerances.

Abstract: The invention is directed to a method for controlling a changing magazine for microscopes which combines the simple principle of a catch with a “forward looking” operation having a determined traveling speed profile along path v(x) which can be determined beforehand corresponding to the catch positions xi which are assumed to be known. Accordingly, the braking process can be initiated already before reaching the capture area, that is, before the catch signal is initiated. In contrast to the free positioning with a stepping motor or position-regulated driving means, no particular precision is required because the capture area of the catch mechanism is capable of compensating for greater tolerances.

  • Publication number: 20030107800
Abstract: Arrangement for controlling and/or displaying microscope functions, preferably in an inverted microscope, wherein a display is provided at or near the eye level of a user, and the display can be removed. The adjustment and/or storage of microscope functions is carried out via the display. In a method for controlling microscope functions, an automatic switching of the light source and/or illumination optics is carried out to pre-stored values and/or positions when a reflector turret is switched.
