Publication number: 20250061733Abstract: A method for providing source data for training and validating a processing model for processing analyte image sequences. An analyte image sequence is generated by labeling analytes with markers in a plurality of coloring rounds and detecting the markers with a camera. The markers are selected, in particular based on a codebook, such that signal sequences of analytes in an image region over the analyte image sequence comprise colored signals and uncolored signals, in particular an order of the colored and uncolored signals is based on the codebook. The camera captures an image of the analyte image sequence in each of the coloring rounds. The method comprises capturing a spot analyte image sequence of a sample, and comprises providing an evaluation of image regions based on image signals of the image regions. Further, the method comprises identifying spot image regions from the evaluation of the image regions.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 16, 2024Publication date: February 20, 2025Inventors: Manuel Amthor, Daniel Haase, Ralf Wolleschensky

Patent number: 10669135Abstract: A rotary crane including a vertical axis; an jib that extends from the vertical axis; a drive for rotating the jib about the vertical axis; a condition monitoring which determines wind loading, namely internal force variables, tensions, strains, transverse forces, tilting and torsion torques of the rotary crane; and a computing unit which computes a preferred direction for locking the jib from the wind loading. The invention also relates to a method for orienting the rotary crane. In order to improve the orientation of the jib of a shut down rotary crane it is proposed that the rotary crane includes measuring elements for capturing local measuring local values of the wind loading.Type: GrantFiled: September 19, 2017Date of Patent: June 2, 2020Assignee: GBF Gesellschaft Fuer Bemessungsforschung MBHInventor: Ralf Haase

Patent number: 5961913Abstract: A process for vulcanizing tires in an automatically actuatable curing press, which has a vulcanization mold of two or more parts that can be opened and closed and has bead rings for positioning and shaping the tire beads, wherein the bead rings can be moved via actuation mechanisms in the axial direction with regard to the tire position in the curing press. A loading device takes the tire to be vulcanized and positions the tire on the lower bead ring. The press/mold/tire system is sealed inside the bead rings by the curing mold and/or the press and is sealed outside the bead rings by the tire. The automatically actuatable curing press, which is for vehicle tires, has a vulcanization mold of two or more parts that can be opened and closed, and has mold segments, side shells, and bead rings for positioning and shaping the tire beads of the tire. A loading device is provided for taking the tire to be vulcanized and positioning it on the lower bead ring.Type: GrantFiled: May 27, 1997Date of Patent: October 5, 1999Assignee: Semperit Reifen AktiengesellschaftInventor: Ralf Haase
