  • Publication number: 20260117746
Abstract: A powertrain for a wind power installation includes a main bearing unit with a main shaft, and a planetary transmission driven by the main shaft and including a transmission housing and a planetary stage which revolves about a rotation axis in the transmission housing. The planetary stage includes a planet carrier, a ring gear, and a sun gear, with the planet carrier or the ring gear being drivingly connected, at least indirectly, to the rotor. The planet carrier includes planet gears which revolve conjointly with the planet carrier and alternately mesh with the ring gear and the sun gear. At least three guide elements disposed circumferentially about the rotation axis are each operatively connected alternately to the transmission housing and a circumferential region of the planet carrier. Each guide element is constructed of multiple parts and includes guide jaws disposed on axial sides of the planet carrier, respectively.

  • Publication number: 20260098521
Abstract: A drive train designed for a requirement profile includes a transmission to transmit and convert torque from a rotor shaft of a rotor. The transmission includes an Input transmission component which is unmounted on a rotor side for introducing the torque into the transmission and which partially protrudes on the rotor side out of a transmission housing and/or a ring gear of the transmission. The drive train further includes a coupling unit which is separate from the rotor shaft, from the rotor bearing arrangement and from the transmission, for permitting a torque-transmitting and rotationally rigid coupling of the rotor shaft to the input transmission component within the coupling unit. The coupling unit includes a bearing to mount the unmounted input transmission component within the coupling unit, with the input transmission component being mounted on the rotor side exclusively only by the bearing within the coupling unit.

  • Patent number: 12455211
Abstract: A test bench for testing a planetary transmission is provided. In order to utilize the test bench for a planetary transmission without a planetary carrier bearing, the test bench has a central bearing unit. The central bearing unit is configured to rotatably mount a planetary carrier of a first stage of the planetary transmission, and the central bearing unit is configured, furthermore, to center an internal gear of the planetary transmission with respect to the planetary carrier.

  • Publication number: 20250257719
Abstract: A drive train mounting assembly for an industrial transmission, in particular for a rotor with double mounting or momentum mounting of a wind power installation, includes a first housing, a shaft of a drive train, a mounting supported in the first housing and supporting the shaft, a second housing, a transmission component surrounded by the second housing and coupled to the shaft, and a torque support designed to counteract a gravity-induced torque which acts on the shaft by the transmission component. The torque support is fastened to the first housing and includes an adjustable unit.

  • Publication number: 20150285224
Abstract: A component arrangement for a wind turbine including an outer component, an inner component arranged within the outer component, and a rolling bearing pair, which has a first rolling bearing and a second rolling bearing arranged in a manner adjusted relative to one another and which is preloaded by means of a clamping force. The inner component and the outer component are mounted so as to be rotatable relative to one another about an axis of rotation by means of the rolling bearing pair. The component arrangement also includes a pressure sensor for determining a preload of the rolling bearing pair, which is arranged in a flow of the clamping force. A method for assembling a component arrangement, a wind turbine having a component arrangement, and a method for operating a wind turbine is also disclosed.
