  • Patent number: 11035285
Abstract: An internal combustion machine includes a combustion engine and a cooling system with a coolant pump, a main cooler, a heating heat exchanger, a bypass bypassing the heating heat exchanger, coolant channels, and a regulating device with an actuator for distributing a coolant depending on at least one local coolant temperature. When the actuator is actuated in a given direction, the regulating device allows a coolant flow through the combustion engine and the heating heat exchanger and prevents a coolant flow through the bypass and the main cooler in a first position; additionally allows a coolant flow through the bypass in a second position; and additionally allows a coolant flow through the main cooler in a third position. In a zero position which lies before the first position, the regulating device prevents a coolant flow through the combustion engine and allows a coolant flow through the heating heat exchanger.

  • Publication number: 20210066981
Abstract: A rotor for an electric machine has a rotor shaft, a core that is non-rotatably connected to the rotor shaft and that surrounds the rotor shaft, and a plurality of permanent magnets connected to the core in a ring-shaped arrangement on the outside. Each of a plurality of web-shaped holding elements covers at least one of the permanent magnets on the outside such that said holding elements cover each of the associated permanent magnet(s), either on their outer surface exclusively in a section that is located centrally relative to the circumferential direction of the rotor or else exclusively on a side surface of each permanent magnet. Consequently, the holding elements should at least not cover the edges of the permanent magnets where the appertaining outer surfaces make a transition into one of the associated side surfaces. This allows the smallest possible magnetically active distance to be created between the permanent magnets of the rotor and an associated stator.

  • Patent number: 10024456
Abstract: An adjustment system for a rotary valve having a drive wheel with drive wheel teeth that can turn about a first axis of rotation to drive a driven wheel with driven wheel teeth that can turn about a second axis of rotation that is substantially parallel to the first axis of rotation. The teeth extend in each case around only part of the circumference of the respective wheel. The driven wheel can be adjusted by the turning of the drive wheel from a first rotational position, in which the teeth are mutually engaged, into a locking position, in which the driven wheel is held in place when the drive wheel turns further. A rotary valve with such an adjustment system is also described.

  • Publication number: 20100272113
Abstract: A switching unit for a telecommunication network, such as an SDH telecommunications network, comprises a command controlled switching matrix having at least two switching degrees of freedom and a control logic for generating a first type of control commands which, for a group of connections, define the switching thereof in a first degree of freedom, and at least a second type of control commands which specify, for a given connection, the switching thereof in all degrees of freedom. Between the control logic and the switching matrix, a conversion circuit there is operative for combining control commands of the first type with control commands of the second type into a control command of the second type.

  • Patent number: 6229328
Abstract: Integrated circuit, having data inputs and outputs (Data(0), Data(1), Data(2), Data(3), DataO(0), DataO(1)), and a control input (ResetX) for receiving a first control signal for the purpose of switching the integrated circuit over between an operating state and a test state, characterized in that the integrated circuit has an identification circuit (5) which is connected to the control input (ResetX), distinguishes between the first control signal and a second control signal and switches the integrated circuit over between the operating state and the test state as a function of the first control signal.
