  • Patent number: 11811201
Abstract: A wire stripper for stripping cables has two plier jaws, two outer clamping jaws, two inner cutting jaws, and two gripping parts. The cutting jaws can be displaced from a starting position into an end position by a pull rod while pressing together the gripping parts. The cutting jaws are guided on sliding block parts that rest against a sliding block fixed in the clamping jaws. The cutting jaws are moved toward each other to varying degrees through these sliding block parts, depending on a closed position of the clamping jaws, with the closed position determining the movement of the sliding block part. The sliding block parts can be manually adjusted independently of a closed position of the clamping jaws in terms of a position relative to the sliding block, while at the same time acting on both sliding block parts.

  • Patent number: 11682875
Abstract: Pressing jaws for opposite arrangement in crimping pliers, the pressing jaws having ribs, which extend in a rib longitudinal direction and move into each other during pressing. A guide surface extending transversely to the rib longitudinal direction outside of a working region of the ribs is formed, which guide surface interacts with a guide protrusion extending from the opposite pressing jaw. In another version, the pressing jaws have ribs, which are designed to mesh with each other and which have a rib longitudinal direction. Crimping pliers comprise two plier jaws, which are provided with oppositely arranged pressing jaws having ribs, which extend in a rib longitudinal direction and which, during pressing, move into each other and delimit a pressing jaw opening.

  • Patent number: 11502485
Abstract: Stripping pliers have two outer clamping jaws, two inner cutting jaws and two handle parts, wherein, in the course of pressing together the handle parts, the cutting jaws can be displaced from a starting position into an end position by a pull rod against the force of a spring acting on the pull rod. The pull rod is traversed by a pull pin which can move in a slot. In order to configure the stripping pliers such that they are further improved in a manner which is advantageous for handling, the pull rod has, at its handle-side end, a displacement part which is fastened to the pull rod and which is displaceable against the force of the spring relative to the pull rod, to free the pull rod from a handle-side mounting.

  • Patent number: 11469576
Abstract: Gripper jaws for an insulation stripper have a gripping surface and an attachment extension with ribs which run transversely to a longitudinal direction of a cable to be gripped when the gripping surfaces are fitted, and have groove-like recesses corresponding to the ribs and running between the latter. When the gripper jaws are fitted, the ribs can enter into the recesses of the opposing gripper jaw in accordance with the thickness of the cable to be gripped. Blades for an insulation stripper have, on their free ends that run into a blade tip with an acute angle in cross-section, a contour line which has a depression, when seen from a side view in which the contour line forms the termination line of the blade.

  • Patent number: 11462874
Abstract: A pair of crimping pliers for crimping, in particular for crimp joining, workpieces, has two oppositely arranged pressing jaws and two pliers jaws, wherein one pliers jaw is stationary and the associated pressing jaw is fastened to this stationary pliers jaw by means of a spring-loadable holder part. The holder part is fixedly connected at its end farthest from the pressing jaw to the pliers jaw. Between the stationary connection and the end of the holder part closest to the first pressing jaw, a stop connection is formed between the stationary pliers jaw and the holder part and comes into effect when a predetermined pressing force is exceeded.

  • Patent number: 8286461
Abstract: The invention relates to a pair of hand-operated pliers (1), in particular pressing pliers, with jaws (6, 7) and hand levers (4, 5), wherein the jaws (6, 7) are pivotable around a preferably common rotational axis (x). Furthermore, one hand lever (5) is connected by a joint to one of the jaws (7), and a pressure support is located between the hand levers (4, 5) for the formation of a toggle (K). In order to further improve a tool of this type, particularly with respect to the design of the pressure support, it is proposed that the pressure support consist of a support roller (18) arranged on one hand lever (4), and of a curved section (19) which is attached to the other hand lever (5) and which works together with the support roller (18).

  • Publication number: 20110271502
Abstract: The invention relates to a transmission mechanism for a drive system, having at least one tensioning device and acting in two directions. For force transmission, the tractive device runs between a drive roll and an output roll, which are carried by a frame. A spring coupling is connected in the force transmission section between the drive roll and the output roll and has a nonlinear force-distance characteristic curve.
