  • Patent number: 12366389
Abstract: A sorption heat pump having an evaporator containing a working fluid to evaporate the fluid to produce a gas, a sorber containing a sorption material to sorb the gas during a sorption phase, a vapor pathway connecting the evaporator and sorber, and a thermal control unit controlling the rate of vapor flow between the evaporator and sorber through the pathway, and being selectively operable to permit, stop and restart the flow of gas through the pathway. The pump may be used with a compartment storing temperature sensitive material. The evaporator may be positioned inside and the sorber outside the compartment, or the sorber may be positioned inside and the evaporator outside the compartment. The pump may be used in an apparatus including both cool and warm compartments, with an insulation layer in each. • Patent number: 12369067
Abstract: To accommodate a mix of high frequency carriers and lower frequency carriers, a protocol stack may include a radio link control (RLC) entity that allows configuration of status reporting control parameters on per carrier, or per subcarrier spacing. Alternatively, a protocol stack may include two RLC entities, one for handling high frequency carriers, and another for handling lower frequency carriers. (High frequency carriers and lower frequency carriers may be distinguished based on a frequency threshold.) Furthermore, a user equipment may transmit (to the network) an indication of its L2 buffer size. The network may configure the UE and/or control scheduling, to ensure the UE's L2 buffer does not overrun. Alternatively, the UE may indicate that it can support a percentage of a maximum buffer size. The network may configure the UE and/or control scheduling so that the UE's buffer occupancy does not exceed the percentage.

  • Publication number: 20250234588
Abstract: In an example, for manufacturing a semiconductor device, first dopants are implanted through a first surface section of a first surface of a silicon carbide body. A trench is formed that extends from the first surface into the silicon carbide body. The trench includes a first sidewall surface and an opposite second sidewall surface. A spacer mask is formed. The spacer mask covers at least the first sidewall surface. Second dopants are implanted through a portion of a bottom surface of the trench exposed by the spacer mask. The first dopants and the second dopants have a same conductivity type. The first dopants and the second dopants are activated. The first dopants form a doped top shielding region adjoining the second sidewall surface. The second dopants form a doped buried shielding region adjoining the bottom surface.
