  • Patent number: 6595077
Abstract: A change-speed gearbox has an input shaft connected to an output shaft by at least one first and one second component transmission, arranged parallel to one another in the power flow and each having a frictional power-shift clutch and an intermediate shaft. The intermediate shaft can be operatively connected to the input shaft by the power-shift clutch, with at least one gearbox constant per component transmission. Each gearbox constant has a gearwheel on one of the two intermediate shafts, at least one of which can be operatively connected to a first layshaft arranged parallel to the input shaft. At least one gearbox constant can be brought into an operative connection with the first and the second power-shift clutch.

  • Patent number: 6296100
Abstract: To guide it in the circumferential directions, a clutch tooth of a selector sleeve of a gear wheel clutch for coupling a gear wheel to its shaft has two central guide faces and additional guide faces on its ends.

  • Patent number: 6250171
Abstract: In a variable-ratio gear transmission, an input shaft is connected to output shaft by two partial transmissions each having an intermediate shaft, and the intermediate shafts are connected to the input shaft each by a powershift clutch. The intermediate shafts are connected for their part to a common countershaft by gear stages that are each associated to one gear, the countershaft being connected to the output shaft by a gear constant. In order to make possible a multiplicity of double shifts while skipping gears, the partial transmissions each have associated to them an auxiliary gear stage, whose gear ratio is equal to the gear ratio of a gear stage belonging, in each case, to the other partial transmission. The auxiliary gear stages are combined into one single gear stage through the mediation of an auxiliary countershaft, so that a main shaft gearwheel, connected by two gear-type clutches to the two intermediate shafts, engages with two idlers mounted, in each case, on one of the countershafts.

  • Patent number: 6209407
Abstract: A toothed gear transmission is described, in which an input shaft is connected to a differential by a first and a second partial transmission, which are disposed parallel to each other in the power flow and which both have a frictionally engaged load shifting clutch and an intermediate shaft. The elements are disposed concentrically to each other and coaxially to the input shaft, and each intermediate shaft can be effectively connected to the input shaft through the load shifting clutch. At least one toothed gear for each intermediate shaft is provided, of which at least one can be effectively connected to a first driven shaft disposed parallel to the intermediate shafts, which directly or indirectly outputs to the differential gear.

  • Patent number: 6209406
Abstract: The invention is based on a toothed gear transmission in which an input shaft is connected to an output shaft by a first and a second partial transmission, which are disposed parallel to each other in the power flow and which both have a frictionally engaged load shifting clutch and an intermediate shaft, in which each of the intermediate shafts can be effectively connected to the input shaft through the load shifting clutch, and with at least one first transmission constant. It is proposed that for starting, the first load shifting clutch can be placed in effective connection with the output shaft through a transmission constant and the second load shifting clutch can be placed in effective connection with the output shaft through a transmission constant, each at a gear ratio of the lowest gear speed.
