  • Publication number: 20240117891
Abstract: A valve for thick matter and method for actuating a valve for thick matter, wherein, in a first switching operation, a valve element is switched between a first switching state (A) and a second switching state (B) by a first volume of hydraulic fluid being supplied to a control cylinder, and, in a second switching operation, the valve element is switched between the second switching state (B) and a third switching state (C) by a second volume of hydraulic fluid being supplied to a control cylinder. The first and second volumes of hydraulic fluid are supplied to the control cylinder by displacement of a metering piston of a metering cylinder from a first end position to a second end position.

  • Publication number: 20230265843
Abstract: A method operates a construction material and/or viscous-material pump having: at least one conveying cylinder, the conveying cylinder being designed to receive and discharge construction material and/or viscous material; and at least one conveying piston, the conveying piston being disposed in the conveying cylinder for movement in order to draw construction material and/or viscous material into the conveying cylinder and to displace drawn-in construction material and/or viscous material out of the conveying cylinder.

  • Patent number: 11255317
Abstract: The invention relates to a thick material pump having a first delivery cylinder, a second delivery cylinder and an additional cylinder. The additional cylinder serves for bridging a transition between the first delivery cylinder and the second delivery cylinder. The thick material pump comprises a movable tube portion which forms a connection between the first delivery cylinder and an outlet of the thick material pump in a first state and which forms a connection between the second delivery cylinder and the outlet of the thick material pump in a second state. The movable tube portion comprises a switchable closure which is arranged between an inlet end of the movable tube portion and the additional cylinder. The thick material pump according to the invention makes it possible for a uniform material flow to be delivered in the direction of the pump outlet.

  • Patent number: 9956535
Abstract: A container for accommodating high-viscosity materials, such as liquid concrete. The container has at least one bearing sleeve, which extends through a wall opening and is fastened in the container wall in a liquid-tight manner. A shaft extends through the bearing sleeve in such a way that an annular gap is left open. A shaft seal, which bridges the annular gap and is made of elastomeric material, is located at the container-interior end of the bearing sleeve. A lubricant is applied to the annular gap from the container exterior. The invention is characterized in that the shaft seal has, on the side thereof radially facing the shaft, a conveying thread that supports the conveying of the lubricant in the direction of the container interior, which conveying thread advantageously communicates with the container interior via a check valve open to the container interior.

  • Publication number: 20160160851
Abstract: A thick matter pump having a material feeding container arranged in which is a pivotable transfer tube. The transfer tube has a pivoting tube that is connected to a delivery line. In order to ensure reliable sealing of the coupling joint between the transfer tube and the container wall, the transfer tube has a metallic ring element which has an inlet in the form of an arcuate slot. A cushion is arranged between the ring element and the pivoting tube. The cushion has an aperture which encloses the slot. The ring element can be moved axially relative to the pivoting tube so that the ring element can be pressed against the inner surface of the container wall via the cushion element under the action of the delivery pressure in the transfer tube.
