  • Patent number: 11990803
Abstract: A coil with a distributed winding formed from hairpins that each have two straight-line conductor portions arranged in different slots of a coil body. Contact regions shaped in circumferential direction adjoin the conductor portions at one axial end and are connected at the other axial end through a turning region. The contact regions have at the end remote of the coil body a connection portion that are aligned in radially extending rows. The contact regions of a layer are shaped in the same circumferential direction. A portion of the contact regions of an outer layer is deformed in radial direction to form an additional, and these contact regions are shaped in a circumferential direction opposite to the contact regions of the outer layer.

  • Patent number: 11715984
Abstract: An electric machine has a plurality of phases. A winding is associated with each phase. An interconnection arrangement includes an annular carrier element with a plurality of axial cutouts, each for passage of a portion of a winding and a plurality of concentrically arranged, hollow-cylindrical switching rings. Each switching ring is adapted to contact a winding. The carrier element and the switching rings are adapted to radially positively engage one inside the other in an axial contact zone.

  • Patent number: 11621599
Abstract: An insulating unit for an electric machine with hairpin winding. The hairpin winding has a plurality of connection pins for electrically connecting to an interconnect and a plurality of welded hairpin ends. A base body is provided having an insulating material and extends at least over a portion of the circumference of the hairpin winding. The base body has a receiving area which faces the hairpin winding and which has openings for receiving the hairpin ends. The dividing walls are provided between the openings in circumferential direction, and the openings and/or dividing walls have fasteners for engaging connection to the hairpin ends.

  • Publication number: 20220368186
Abstract: A coil element for a coil of an electric machine having at least two conductor elements extending parallel for arrangement in slots of a coil body and at least one connection portion that connects the two conductor elements to one another. The conductor elements and the connection portion are integrally formed. A bending position in a plane defined by the two conductor elements is provided only at a transition from a conductor element to the connection portion, and the connection portion extends in a straight line.

  • Publication number: 20220149690
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an interconnection assembly for a stator of an electrical machine. The interconnection assembly comprises a shaped bus bar, which has a first region, which comprises a connection point of the interconnection assembly for an external connection, a second region, in which a connecting point for forming a connection of the bus bar to a stator winding is formed, and a central region, which connects the first region and the second region. The first region and the second region are arranged in parallel planes. The central region is oriented in such a way that an angle of a transition between the first region and the central region and an angle of a transition between the second region and the central region deviate from a right angle. The disclosure also relates to a stator having an interconnection assembly.
