    Abstract: An insulated cryo-pack is provided for sustaining and protecting a material, having an inner container, a plurality of dry ice pellets and an outer container. The material is disposed and sealed within the inner container. The dry ice pellets are disposed in the outer container with a thickness of at least 2 inches thick on all sides of the inner container. Preferably, the dry ice pellets is filled in a barrier bag disposed in the outer container. The barrier bag assumes the interior contour of the outer container. The barrier bag includes an open top extending over the height of the outer container. When the inner container is disposed in the outer container, the open top of the barrier bag is folded over the inner container and secured by a tape with a width of about 2 inches.

    Abstract: A novel golf playing field for a golf-like target game. Although the playing field incorporates many of the features of standard golf including golf clubs, golf balls, a fareway, teeing areas, a sand trap, a putting green and target greens, the present invention is not an attempt to faithfully simulate a standard round of golf. Basically, the invention includes a playing field comprising a course with a fareway and a plurality of target greens positioned thereon in a predetermined pattern. At one end of the course is an expanded teeing area providing both practice and playing tees. Positioned on one side of the teeing area is a putting green. Positioned on the other side of the teeing area is a combination sand trap and target green. A special target green is positioned on the faraway a pre-set distance from the teeing area and acts as a pitching green under a specific set of rules. Several differently colored yardage markers are provided on the fareway.

    Abstract: A novel golf playing field and a method of playing a golf-like game incorporate many of the features of standard golf, but do not attempt to simulate a standard round of golf.     Abstract: A hydrocarbon sensor float for use in detecting the presence of hydrocarbons on the surface of a liquid provides an elongated floatation member having a top end and a bottom end and also having a cavity located centrally therealong and extending completely therethrough, a sensor assembly including a sensor and at least one electrical conductor coupled to the sensor, the sensor assembly being positioned in said floatation member for locating the sensor in the cavity for allowing access of the liquid thereto and for causing the electrical conductor to extend from the top end of the floatation member, and an attachment for a variable amount of weight at the bottom end of the floatation member for providing a variable floatation level for the member with respect to the liquid surface and likewise for the sensor for allowing adjustment of the detection depth for hydrocarbons at an installation site.

A sensing device for use in an apparatus for detecting a substance on the surface of a liquid, the sensing device providing a mounting surface adapted for facing downwardly toward the liquid surface, a plurality of sensing elements each of which is mounted at a different predetermined distance below the mounting surface, and a flotation portion affixed to the mounting surface for supporting the mounting surface at the liquid surface whereby the sensing elements may be maintained at different known depths below the liquid surface.
