    Abstract: An actuator mechanism which is located at the front of an electronic unit and converts the push-on, push-off action of a switch to a sliding action. By converting the actuating action from an in-and-out pushing motion to a transverse sliding motion, inadvertent actuation of this switch is all but eliminated. This conversion is provided in a simple, cost effective mechanism.
