    Abstract: An observation device that includes a ground post, a seat at an upper end of the ground post and a support at a lower end of the ground post. Cantilever frames are mounted on the ground post and support a main post. A binocular support is mounted on the main post for supporting binoculars in position for use by an observer on the seat. The main post, the seat and the binoculars swing with the observer. An umbrella can be pivotally mounted on the main post.
