  • Publication number: 20160347043
Abstract: The present invention is a multi-layered simulated leather composition with a realistic surface appearance. The first layer is a deformable fiber surface layer having a unique uniform random pattern. The second and third membrane and fixative layers conform to the unique uniform random pattern, allowing the unique uniform random pattern to be visible through the membrane. The membrane may be printed on both sides to provide a realistic simulation of leather and allow a user to print a graphic on the simulated leather.

  • Publication number: 20160271974
Abstract: The present system is a nanometallic transportable graphic with a metallically infused target surface adhesion layer (TSAL). The metal infused in the TSAL creates a nano-ionic bond force field with the target surface, which enables the transportable graphic to adhere to a wide variety of surfaces. The nanometallic transportable graphic may be applied to and repositioned on any surface capable of forming a nano-ionic bond. A surface treatment formulation is described which can be applied to any solid surface to provide an interface between the nanometallic transportable graphic and a target surface that would otherwise be unsuitable. The surface treatment allows the nanometallic transportable graphic to form a stable bond and be repositioned.

  • Publication number: 20160214374
Abstract: The present invention is a metal printing system and method. A metallic sheet has a primer layer coating at least one surface. The primer layer includes nanometallic particles. A printable layer bonds to the primer layer on one side and to a release layer of a carrier layer on its other side. The printable layer also includes nanometallic particles. Because both the primer layer and printable layer have nanometallic particles, a nano-ionic bond force field forms, located between the primer layer and the printable layer. This bonds the primer layer and printable layer together, allowing them to be heated and further bonded. When the carrier layer is removed prior to printing on the printable layer, the multiple bonds ensure that the printable layer remains attached to the metallic sheet.

  • Publication number: 20160082764
Abstract: The present invention is a nanometallic transportable graphic system with a metallically infused target surface adhesion layer (TSAL) thermally bonded to a metallically infused protection layer. The metal nanoparticles create a nano-ionic bond force field that enables the transportable graphic apparatus to adhere to any substantially uniform surface capable of forming a uniform surface bond.

  • Patent number: 8846192
Abstract: An enhanced film carrier with two release films, structurally joined by an adhesive creating a structural bonding layer, allows stability during printing without having a paper layer. The release films are infused with nanometallic particles to form a nano-ionic bond force field with nanometallic transportable graphic film. The release films may be identical or distinct, and, in some embodiments, release films may be smooth or textured to provide a gloss or matte finish to a nanometallic transportable graphic.
