    Abstract: A protective holder for a remote control for use in connection with a keyless entry remote control. A lid is secured by a latching mechanism to a controller holder, and a means for attaching a key ring is also present. The protective holder prevents inadvertent depression of buttons on such remote controls when the remote control is stored in a pocket or purse. The protective holder also prevents damage to the remote control if the remote control is dropped or brought into contact with other objects.
