  • Publication number: 20130318697
Abstract: A one-piece toilet mount includes a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plate adapted to support the entirety of a toilet bowl on a first face thereof. An open-ended PVC pipe is integrated with the PVC plate on a second face thereof that opposes the plate's first face. The PVC pipe is aligned with a hole in the PVC plate. At least a portion of the PVC pipe is adapted to form a friction fit within a PVC waste pipe. A method of installing a toilet using the toilet mount is also provided.

  • Patent number: 4125132
Abstract: A device for use with automatic yarn filling apparatus on a shuttle loom for imparting a rotation to a spent bobbin ejected from a shuttle comprises a substantially rigid friction pad and a bracket member for mounting the friction pad on the loom so that the angle of the friction pad relative to the path of a descending bobbin may be adjusted to impart a rotation for unwinding an effective transfer tail of unused yarn from the bobbin.

  • Patent number: 3965941
Abstract: This invention relates generally to a shuttle spring for holding a yarn filled bobbin in a loom shuttle wherein the spring has a pair of opposed jaw portions for resiliently holding the bobbin therebetween. A vertical side surface of one of the jaw portions has a greater vertical width than the vertical side surface of the opposing jaw portion to effect rotation of the bobbin, when being ejected from the shuttle by the insertion of a full bobbin, in a direction so as to ensure that an adequate transfer tail of unused yarn separates from the spent bobbin. The transfer tail of yarn trailing from the bobbin is then caught by a stripping machine which completely strips the bobbin of the unused yarn.

  • Patent number: 3944094
Abstract: Apparatus for supporting and transporting a warp beam and the like includes a pair of wheeled frame support members wherein each support member includes an upper horizontal platform and a lower transverse platform to form a crossframe with each platform having roller members carried thereon. The upper platform carries an upwardly extending housing thereon defining a horizontally extending slot in which a cradle member is slideably carried for receiving an end of the warp beam axle. The cradle member is moved up and down in the slot so as to raise and lower the warp beam. With a wheeled support member attached to each end of the warp beam, the beam may be transported to the various yarn processing stations.
