Abstract: The device for winding multiple layered material has a first shaft and a second shaft. A plurality of coils having a width are mounted to the first shaft. At least one guide is mounted between the first and second shafts. The guide has at least one slot with a horizontal surface and two vertical surfaces on each side of the horizontal surface. The second shaft has two flanges spaced apart at least as wide as the width of the plurality of coils. The slot in the guide receives at least one of the strips from the coils. Each strip from each coil is layered around the second shaft.
