Abstract: A multi-groove feed system for a dual point coiling apparatus includes a single set, or a reduced number of sets, of multi-groove feed rolls and multi-groove wire guides, or multi-groove guides, associated with a moveable feed frame to run the entire size or configuration range of wire, or other material, of a dual point coiling machine without the need, or to minimize the need with a reduced number of sets, to change the feed tooling to accommodate a range of sizes or configurations of wire or other material to be coiled. The multi-groove feed rolls are each provided with a plurality of grooves of different sizes or configurations and the multi-groove wire guides, or multi-groove guides, are each provided with a plurality of corresponding apertures or passages of different sizes or configurations that correspond to a plurality of sizes or configurations or wire or other material be coiled.
