    Abstract: To further simplify the input of information into a communication device, the present invention suggests a communication device, in particular a mobile telephone, for using information which is provided to the communication device incorporated in data, such as image data, having a recognition unit for ascertaining the information incorporated in the data, the communication device having at least two different operating modes and, in addition, a control unit, using which the communication device may be switched over at least from a first operating mode into a further operating mode.
