Patents by Inventor Raluca Musaloiu-Elefteri

Raluca Musaloiu-Elefteri has filed for patents to protect the following inventions. This listing includes patent applications that are pending as well as patents that have already been granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

  • Publication number: 20230326194
Abstract: The disclosed technology provides methods for training of a convolutional neural network (CNN) to identify or predict its own errors, and then those errors are used as inputs with feature visualization to generate images of scenes associated with those errors. This allows adjustment of a set of labeled training images, and then the adjusted set of labeled training images are used to retrain or further train the CNN. Systems and machine-readable media are also provided.

  • Publication number: 20230215134
Abstract: The disclosed technology provides solutions for finding samples from image data that are similar to failure cases, by constructing N-dimensional vectors of the failure cases. The vectors of failure cases are compared to other image data, with the objective of identifying groups of images that can be labeled. The labeled images are then used to retrain a model. Systems and machine-readable media are also provided.

  • Patent number: 10110457
Abstract: Previously available network monitoring and management systems fail to provide systems or processes that adequately communicate individual client experiences with regards to bitrates or communicate these experiences with respect to time, space and individual client service expectations. By contrast, and to that end, various implementations disclosed herein include systems, methods and apparatuses that obtain network utilization information from a compliant access point, wherein the network utilization information includes a respective first service level indicator value for at least one of one or more client devices; and determines a respective first performance characterization value for the at least one of the one or more client devices based on a function of the respective first service level indicator value and at least one of a first access point capacity value and a respective first network resource capacity value for the at least one of the one or more client devices.

  • Patent number: 9705925
Abstract: A Web-based management server includes an ACP manager to manage access control rules (ACRs) and access control policies (ACPs). The ACRs and ACPs are configured by an administrator via a Web interface of the management server. The ACP manager is to transmit over the Internet the ACPs and the ACRs to network access devices (NADs) to allow the NADs to apply the ACPs to their respective network client devices (NCDs) based on the ACRs, where the NADs are managed by the management server over the Internet. Each of the NADs operates as one of a router, a network switch, and an access point. The ACP manager is to periodically update the ACRs and ACPs stored in the NADs, including receiving an update from one NAD and broadcasting the update to a remainder of the NADs.
