This construction process allows the construction company to better manage construction. The RK Construction Process, which is more efficient than “conventional” construction processes found in prior construction companies, specifies construction needs as stated in the contract between the contractor and the developer. The conventional construction process is the direct hiring of an hourly worker, while this process is the science of hiring a tradesman by contract until construction completion.
