Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure are directed to enhanced communication between client systems. One aspect facilitates a business entity to customize the client systems of their customers. Another aspect facilitates a user to use character-based dialing. One more aspect enables customers of a business entity to manage appointments with the business entity. Another aspect facilitates users/persons to control access to their personal data. Yet another aspect enables voice messages to be provided as quick responses to incoming calls. One aspect provides for a rich text messaging service (RTMS) protocol that may be used to deliver interactive Rich Text Format (RTF) messages to smartphones providing rich user experience found in many web-based technologies.

Abstract: Methods and systems for contacts attribute extraction, management and communication for quick and easy selection of a contact from plurality of contacts to facilitate communication are described. A user interface provides for a convenient way to arrange contacts attribute for a specific purpose or a specific condition and extract such contacts conveniently and quickly in the course of communicating. The contacts are tagged with specific icon or picture buttons based on pre-selected attributes, such tagged contacts are displayed on across the home screen for simple use by users specifically elders or children for communication.

Abstract: A benefit agent delivery system for use in cosmetic or cleansing products is provided comprising a polysaccharide-zein complex, a benefit agent and a plasticiser. The delivery system enhances the stability of the benefit agent whilst providing for shear-triggered release of the benefit agent on application of a product to a substrate such as human skin. Also provided is a process for the preparation of the benefit agent delivery system.

Abstract: A heat-shrinkable backseamed casing film comprises a first layer, a second layer, and a third layer, with the first and third layers being outer layers and the second layer being between the first layer and the third layer. The first outer layer serves as an inside casing layer, and comprises polyolefin; the second layer comprises polyester and/or polyamide; the third layer serves as an outside casing layer and comprises polyolefin, polystyrene, and/or polyamide. The second layer has a thickness of at least about 5% of a total thickness of the heat-shrinkable casing film. Alternatively, the first layer comprises polyolefin and has a surface energy level of less than about 34 dynes/cm; the second layer comprises a polyamide having a melting point of at least 300° F.; and the third layer comprises polyolefin, polystyrene and/or polyamide. A package comprises a cooked meat product within the backseamed casing.
