Abstract: Systems and methods for process optimization pertaining to Suppliers-Inputs-Process-Outputs-Customers (SIPOC) diagram for different processes optimization are described herein. In one implementation, a process optimization system is utilized for process optimization. The process optimization system comprises a processor, and a memory. The memory comprises a comparison module and an evaluation module. The evaluation module is configured to receive one or more evaluation parameters and evaluate a rating score for at least one attribute based at least in part on the one or more evaluation parameters. The comparison module is configured to determine one or more benchmark parameters based on the rating score, and provide one or more benchmark parameters.
