  • Publication number: 20200233707
Abstract: Techniques for process discovery and automatic generation of robotic scripts for distributed computing resources are disclosed. In one embodiment, at least one automatable process step associated with an activity performed while interacting with at least one application may be determined. The at least one automatable process step may be segregated into multiple tasks based on parallel executable tasks and sequentially executable tasks. Different types of distributed computing resources may be determined to execute the multiple tasks based on the segregation. A modified process flow corresponding to the at least one automatable process step may be automatically generated based on the segregated multiple tasks and the different types of the distributed computing resources. Further, a robotic script based on the modified flow of the at least one automatable process step may be automatically generated. The robotic script may be executed to perform the activity.

  • Publication number: 20170352041
Abstract: In one example, an intent along with a parsed relevant data, associated with a received customer request, is determined. The determined intent and the parsed relevant data is validated and rectified by a validation agent. The extracted relevant data is then verified based on an outcome of the validation and rectification agent by one or more verifying software robots. Applicable rules are then extracted from associated knowledge databases based on the determined intent and the relevant data upon successful validation, rectification, and verification. The rules, associated with the customer request, are then determined from the extracted applicable rules, the determined intent and/or the relevant data. The determined rules are then reviewed by a reviewing agent. A decision is then prepared and sent to the customer based on an outcome of the reviewed determined rules by one or more decision making software robots.

  • Publication number: 20170353406
Abstract: The present disclosure is related to automatic content generation. In one example, user interactions, associated with a target business process software application, are captured and stored. Further in this example, one or more scenarios of using the target business process software application are determined from the captured and stored user interactions. A set of rules are then formed and stored in a rules repository to generate the content. The content is then automatically generated using the captured and stored user interactions, the determined one or more scenarios of using the target business process software application and/or the stored set of rules.
