  • Patent number: 12667359
Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for treating vascular defects are disclosed herein. One aspect of the present technology, for example, includes an occlusive device comprising a mesh having a low-profile state for intravascular delivery to the aneurysm and a deployed state. The mesh may comprise a tubular mesh configured to curve along its longitudinal dimension when implanted in an aneurysm cavity.

  • Publication number: 20240358385
Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for retrieving clot material from a vessel lumen are disclosed herein. According to some embodiments, the present technology includes a clot retrieval device comprising a tubular mesh configured to transition between a low-profile state for delivery through a delivery catheter and an expanded state for deployment in a blood vessel at a treatment site proximate a clot. The device can include a webbing coupled to the tubular mesh and comprising a plurality of filaments coupled to and extending across a lumen of the mesh. When the device is in the expanded state within the blood vessel at the treatment site, the mesh is configured to engage peripheral portions of the clot and the webbing is configured to engage non-peripheral portions of the clot.

  • Patent number: 11596414
Abstract: An occlusive device for occluding a target area can include an elongate member having opposing first and second side edges extending longitudinally along the member and a member width. The member can have a collapsed configuration in which the first and second side edges are curled toward each other about a longitudinal axis of the member. Further the member can have an expanded configuration in which the member form a series of loops and the first and second side edges uncurl to be spaced apart from each other.
