    Abstract: The invention relates to a tubular filter that absorbs ethylene or other gases for refrigerated transport containers, formed by a cylindrical tube of plastic mesh (2) with hermetic caps (3) at both ends, which contains granules that absorb ethylene or other gases, the mesh (2) having a structural configuration formed by an inner crown (20) having a circular filament (201), and an outer crown (21) having a wing-shaped filament (211), the base thereof being wider than the distal end thereof, thereby facilitating the entry of air flow into the tube. It further comprises a support accessory (4) fixed in the container for which the filter (1) is intended, and it has an aerodynamic shape that helps to increase air flow through the filter (1) and liquid collection means.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a sachet that absorbs ethylene or other gases for containers of fresh produce intended for the retail market which is formed by two sheets welded together at the edges (4), at least one of the sheets, for example, the bottom sheet (2), being made with a porous, water-repellent, breathable material and optionally combined with another sheet (3) of waterproof material, and ethylene-absorbing granules (5) contained therein to absorb gases or other volatile substances produced by fresh produce incorporated in small packages (6), said granules (5) consisting of a substrate impregnated with potassium permanganate or sodium permanganate at a high concentration of between 0.25% and 2%, optionally mixed with activated carbon, such that when the sachet (1) is in contact with moisture generated by the produce, the risk of spotting and contamination by the active ingredient is minimal and absorption efficiency is maintained.

    Abstract: Ethylene-absorbing sachet and method for producing the granulate contained inside same, comprising a packaging formed by two sheets, one anterior (2) and one posterior (3), which are mutually joined along their edges (4) by means of welding, at least one of which, for example, the anterior sheet (2), is manufactured from porous, water-repellent, and breathable material, combined or not with another sheet (3) of impermeable material and with a granulate (5) of ethylene-absorbing material contained inside said packaging, whereby said granulate (5) has a small particle size and lacks fine powder floating in the air and has a high filling density inside the sachet (1); specifically, with a particle size of between approximately 2 and 0.125 mm and a density of between approximately 0.8 and 1.1 g/ml. Said granulate may comprise a substrate impregnated with potassium permanganate or a mixture with activated carbon.
