Within those choices the user can decide whether to choose from a list of favorites or have a support member assigned based on information input into the uplinking device. Each custodian that receives such a request having the option to accept or reject a requested transfer of requested parts. If the custodian receiving the request approves of the transfer, he inputs the unique identifier to indicate approval of the request. After approval from the providing custodian, the custodian receiving the part inputs the unique identifier to acknowledge receipt of the requested part. Every transfer of parts from one custodian to another being documented by each of the providing custodian and the receiving custodian.

Additionally, there may be other cameras that interface with the central recording unit. The central recording unit is mounted to a vehicle in which it is used and may be connected to a separate gateway device that can transmit data to a violation recording center that will process data taken by the central recording unit. The violation recording center will evaluate whether data taken regarding other motorists warrants sending a fine to a non-compliant driver who is violating traffic laws. The method of this system provides for recording data regarding the non-compliant driver for a time before activation to a time after activation so that a full data bundle may be reviewed to determine whether a violation of traffic laws has occurred.

    Abstract: A toilet ventilation system for removing unpleasant odors from a toilet efficiently. The toilet ventilation system has a manifold with an inlet that rests on an upper surface adjacent to the toilet bowl. The manifold has an outlet that is in communication with the inlet and the manifold has protrusions that extend from its sides. The protrusions are on cantilevered tabs. The toilet seat has hinges that have mounting portions being spaced apart and including mortices facing inward. The protrusions are designed to snap fit into the mortices and the tabs may be bent inwardly for easy removal of the manifold for cleaning. A fan is connected to the manifold to draw air through the inlet out of the manifold and exhaust the air to a remote location from the toilet and outside of the room where the toilet is located.
