Publication number: 20250101410Abstract: The present disclosure provides a sample extraction device, which includes a plurality of chambers arranged on a pedestal. The chamber includes a plurality of first chambers and two mixing chambers. The pedestal is internally provided with a first passage for communicating the two mixing chambers, and a sample extraction chamber is arranged in the first passage. The pedestal is further internally provided with a second passage for transfer and export of a liquid, and connection or disconnection between the two mixing chambers and the second passage is controlled by a valve. Sample extraction processes of the above technical solutions are carried out in a fully enclosed device, avoiding contamination of samples and extraction reagents by external environments, and avoiding environmental contamination caused by aerosols generated during the sample extraction processes. The sample extraction device is particularly suitable for extraction of highly pathogenic samples.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 26, 2022Publication date: March 27, 2025Inventors: Taijiao Jiang, Peng Geng, Shengguang Li, Hui Zhang, Songsong Liang, Ran Ma, Qixian Chen, Yufei Liao

Publication number: 20240207829Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a Cu—Zn-SSZ-13 molecular sieve composite catalyst and a preparation method thereof. Firstly, in situ synthesis is conducted by an one-step method and the template agent TMAdaOH is removed. Then a processed diatomite filter aid containing a SSZ-13 molecular sieve seed is added to improve the molecular sieve yield and thus reduce the cost. Finally, the Cu—Zn-SSZ-13 molecular sieve composite catalyst is prepared by substituting ammonium nitrate with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate or diammonium hydrogen phosphate through a counter-ion exchange method. The reaction performance of the catalyst in a temperature range of 100-600° C. is better than that of a SSZ-13 catalyst prepared by an ion exchange method and a Cu-SSZ-13 molecular sieve catalyst prepared by an one-step method, and the yield of the synthetic object is increased by 40%.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 28, 2023Publication date: June 27, 2024Inventors: Dongdong Zhang, Dianmin Ma, Lei Wang, Jitao Zhang, Jiangang Sun, Li Wang, Jinghui Li, Lin Ma, Ran Ma

Patent number: 11561209Abstract: A method for simultaneous determination of nitrogen and oxygen isotope compositions of natural nitrate and nitrite, which quantitatively converts natural nitrate and nitrite into an organic ester and a nitro-compounds respectively, and then nitrate and nitrite ?18O and ?15N are simultaneously determined by adopting a gas chromatography/pyrolysis/gas chromatography/isotope ratio mass spectrometry coupling technology (GC/Py/GC/IRMS). According to the method for simultaneously determining the nitrogen and oxygen isotope compositions of the natural nitrate salt and nitrite salt, the small amount of sample does not result in the loss, acquisition, exchange and fractionation of nitrogen and oxygen.Type: GrantFiled: February 7, 2020Date of Patent: January 24, 2023Assignee: SHAANXI UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGYInventors: Youping Zhou, Bo Wang, Zhenyu Zhu, Ran Ma, Yan Huang, Shuai Zheng, Ying Wang, Benli Zhang
