The disclosed methods use synchronization conditions to produce a synchronized pooled-precursor cell population, which may then be differentiated into an organoid composition. The solid oxide fuel cell is a tubular solid oxide fuel cell with one end closed, the carbon fuel is placed inside the tubular solid oxide fuel cell, and the CO2 separation membrane is sealed at the open end of the solid oxide fuel cell. In the carbon-air cell, with carbon as fuel and oxygen in the air as an oxidizing gas, electrochemical reactions occur. The carbon-air cell of the present invention has a novel structural design, and can achieve electricity generation with the solid oxide fuel cell without externally charging a gas, and at the same time, CO2 generated inside the solid oxide fuel cell can be discharged from the system through the CO2 separation membrane in time.

To improve the imperfections of widely-used transformers, by employing the simplest passive-circuit design to attain a perfectly-functional match between mutual capacitors and the mutual inductor, this invention achieves optimal features of current or/and voltage transformation, and introduces a new function of waveform conversion from square to quasi-sine. The ideal current transformer herein is suitable for sinusoidal current measurements, the ideal voltage transformer herein suitable for sinusoidal voltage measurements, and they also could be upgraded to ideal transformers for both current and voltage transformations.

It includes bottom ratchet wheel that joggles the top ratchet wheel fixed in the output main shaft of the percussion driller, the locking ring used to lock the rotating direction of bottom ratchet wheel, the ejector rod to eject the locking ring, the slide rod that works with ejector rod to make it rise or fall, the percussion button connecting the slide rod, the positioning device to fixate the position of slide rod, and the reset device that works with the positioning device to remove the position limitation by the positioning device. This invention locks the rotating direction of bottom ratchet wheel through the independent percussion button, slide rod and ejector rod. In this way, the percussion toggle and the adjustment of torque force of the percussion driller can be separated. When using the percussion button, the user can toggle their operation between percussion and torque force.
