Abstract: An indication method for a measurement result, a terminal and a base station are provided. The method includes: performing measurement in a non-connected state to obtain a measurement result; transmitting an uplink message to a base station, the uplink message being at least used to indicate that the measurement result is valid; wherein the uplink message is an uplink message in a connection establishment procedure between the terminal and the base station, or the uplink message is an uplink message transmitted after the connection establishment procedure between the terminal and the base station is completed.

Abstract: This disclosure provides a method for controlling a bandwidth part inactivity timer and a terminal thereof. The method comprises: determining a work switching state of a secondary cell for which a Bandwidth Part (BWP) is configured; and disabling, by a terminal when the work switching state switches from an activated state to a non-activated state, a bandwidth part inactivity timer corresponding to a BWP currently activated on the secondary cell.

Abstract: A random access method, a UE, a source base station and a target base station are provided. The random access method includes: the UE selects one or more beams after receiving random access resource configurations corresponding to a plurality of beams transmitted from a network side; and the UE selects a random access resource whose transmission time is a designated transmission time from available random access resources in accordance with the random access resource configuration corresponding to the one or more beams, to transmit a random access request.

Abstract: The preset disclosure provides a configuration method of DRX parameter, a mobile terminal, and a base station. The configuration method includes: transmitting, upon detecting that the mobile terminal satisfies a preset DRX parameter modification condition, a DRX parameter modification request message to a base station; receiving a response message corresponding to the DRX parameter modification request message and the response message is transmitted from the base station; and updating a DRX parameter configuration by the mobile terminal according to the response message.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and a terminal for processing a conflict of communication service procedures. Abstract: The present disclosure provides a scheduling request processing method and a user equipment, which can improve cancellation/cancellation exemption mechanism for a scheduling request (SR) in an NR system. The method includes: determining whether to cancel a triggered scheduling request (SR) and/or stop an SR-prohibit timer according to a current status of a buffer status report (BSR). This technical solution improves cancellation/cancellation exemption mechanism of the SR, and especially when applied to the NR system, can reduce delay of the delay-sensitive service (such as URLLC service), thereby improving system performance.

Abstract: A method of activating and deactivating data duplication and a terminal thereof are provided. The method of activating and deactivating data duplication includes: receiving, by a protocol layer entity of the terminal, a command sent by a network side for deactivating or activating a data duplication of a bearer; and instructing, by the protocol layer entity, other protocol layers of the terminal to deactivate or activate a data duplication function of the bearer.
