Patent number: 9796587Abstract: A system and method for converting waste and secondary materials into synthesis gas (syngas) through the use of a molten metal bath gasifier for the initial breakdown of waste feeds and an A/C plasma reactor for complete dissociation of waste feeds into syngas, and an anaerobic digester. The system includes a heat recovery and steam power generation process for the production of electricity. The system produces a net output of electricity above plant load sufficient for the co-production of renewable Hydrogen and Oxygen. The process does not require the use of fossil fuels or fossil feedstocks during normal operations, and it eliminates combustion produced stack emissions or landfill residuals.Type: GrantFiled: February 2, 2016Date of Patent: October 24, 2017Assignee: Renewable Opportunities Inc.Inventors: Randall Cole, Seth Murphy, Ronald Bruer, Edmund Kaminski, Peter Sach

Publication number: 20080064504Abstract: The present invention is for a storage rack for game controllers and a method of using it. The present invention provides a safe convenient and practical way of storing game controllers when the game controller is not in use by a gamer. The advantage of the present invention is that it organizes the controllers as well as provides a decorative element to a room. The game controller rack includes a vertical member and one or more pairs of cantilever angle members or posts wherein the members have a predetermined lateral spacing and are angled outwardly and upwardly in a predetermined range of angles to provide support for retaining various game controllers.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 1, 2007Publication date: March 13, 2008Inventor: Randall Cole

Publication number: 20050084828Abstract: An apparatus for use in instructing a user to communicate in Braille includes a frame, a plurality of tactile switching devices, a pair of arms pivotably coupled to the frame, and electronic circuitry supported by the frame. Each switching device can have a raised position or otherwise be activated to emulate a raised Braille dot. Each arm supports at least three of the tactile switching devices. The arms are rotatable along the frame between a first position at which the switching devices are arranged in a 3×2 array of Braille dots for emulating a Braille cell, and a second position at which the arms are pivoted outwardly from each other in a 1×6 row of Braille dots for emulating a Braille writer. The electronic circuitry communicates with the switching devices for producing an auditory output in response to a combination of switching devices selectively activated by the user. The auditory output corresponds to a Braille character represented by the combination of activated switching devices.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 21, 2003Publication date: April 21, 2005Inventors: Richard Goldberg, Randal Cole, Arielle Drummond, Diane Brauner
