  • Patent number: 11882931
Abstract: A modular unit of a shelf assembly has four vertical corner posts, three pairs of longitudinal shelf-supporting cross beams fastened to the corner posts at respectively spaced elevations, and one shelf member supported by each pair of beams. Whereby this forms a first embodiment of a modular shelf assembly. Lateral modular expansion of the first embodiment into a second embodiment is accomplished by combining of a pair of such first embodiments side-by-side to each other. Depth-wise expansion of the second embodiment into a third embodiment is accomplished by combining of a pair of such second embodiments in a front to back file relative to each other. Stacking-wise expansion of the third embodiment into a fourth embodiment is accomplished by stacking a pair of such third embodiments on top of another, and so on.

  • Patent number: 9079636
Abstract: A clamp for fiberglass boats is adjustable where the contact points are on any of the fiberglass hull, the fiberglass deck (which meets the hull at a seam covered by a rub rail), and/or the fiberglass gunwale (which is part of the deck and, if low enough, is called a toe rail). The clamp has an outer jaw for contacting the hull below the rub rail, and inner jaw that is reached over and around the gunwale for contacting the deck inside the gunwale, an optional auxiliary jaw for contacting the outside of the gunwale, and an optional stand-off resting on the crown of the gunwale. Preferably the jaws and stand-off are the terminations of linkages which can be re-configured in an indefinite variety of re-configurations.

  • Patent number: 8381372
Abstract: A camming clamp has a fixed jaw, a pair anchored in the fixed jaw, and a moving jaw threaded onto the guides. A levered cam is threaded onto at least one guide. A backing surface is threaded onto the same one guide. It sandwiches the levered cam between itself and the moving jaw. An adjustable locking provision locks the backing surface at fixed positions along this guide with the levered cam. Wherein, the levered cam has a cam head with an over-center axis such that, when rolled on one side of the over-center axis the camming clamp is slack and adapted to position the jaws on opposite sides of an object to be clamped, and, when rolled over the other side of the over-center axis the jaws clamp tight on said object. The over-center axis prevents the cam head from auto-pivoting back to slack.

  • Patent number: 7555994
Abstract: A pontoon boat's cover system has includes a rib-cage structure to support a fabric cover formed by hollow poles flexed into low arches and anchored into opposite brackets on the left and right top (hand or side) rails of the pontoon boat. Each bracket has a zig-zag pin and a U-base. Each zig-zag link originates as a bottom axle changing into a central column changing into a cantilevered stake. Each U-based cups a top rail of the boat with a bottom axle inserted through holes in the U-base across and over the top rail it cups. The central column seats in a saddle of one of the U-base's arms to stabilize the zig-zag pin the front to back direction. A locking collar slides over the saddle with the central column seated therein in order to retain the zig-zag pin from unseating from the saddle.
