Abstract: A system for contextualized location aware content delivery comprising a group of beacons transmitting respective ID's, an application running on a smart device configured for receiving the beacons, determining signal amplitude, reception time, beacon ID, and sending ID and amplitude to a server over a network. The server determines location of the smart device and contextualizes the location based on a context location database with the server. Context information sent back to application. Application sends context information along with user action information to an application server over a network. Application server sends context related information to application for display to a user on said smart device. The server, application, and beacons may be provided as a service to a facility for use with customer's smart devices. A beacon ID security method is disclosed. Beacons may include precision location technology and relay information to one another and to the server.

Abstract: A system and method are provided that can detect any part of a multipath impulse radio signal. More specifically, the method compares a template pulse train and the multipath impulse radio signal to obtain a comparison result. The system performs a threshold check on the comparison result. If the comparison result passes the threshold check, the system locks onto any part of the multipath impulse radio signal including a direct path part and at least one multipath reflection part. The system may also perform a quick check, a synchronization check, and/or a command check of the multipath impulse radio signal.

Abstract: An online multiple player game payment system includes one or more game clients, master servers, game hosts, payment gateways and statistics monitors. A game client has software that displays visual game information on a remote computer and allows the computer to send and receive user data to and from the game host utilizing existing communications hardware located in the remote computer. A master server includes software that collects information on currently operating game hosts and receives requests from game clients for this information. A game host includes software that controls game client interaction in various contests of skill and utilizes existing communications hardware to send and receive user data to and from game clients, payment gateways and statistics monitors.
