    Abstract: An aseptic coupling arrangement includes a first coupling device and a second aseptic coupling device. In one example, the first and second coupling devices are substantially similar, each having a main body having a front face and a fluid passageway therethrough. A first connecting feature on the main body of each coupling device may be provided for aligning and coupling the aseptic devices together. Each coupling device may also include a sealing member received in the main body and a membrane removably coupled to the main body front face to cover the sealing member. The first aseptic coupling device may also include a rotatable protective cover that is removably attached to the main body and connected to the membrane. In one example, the removal of the protective covers away from two coupled main bodies, in a direction parallel to the front faces, causes removal of the membranes.

At least one air flow nozzle is present in the lamp to direct air flow across at least a portion of the heat sink body. The lamp further comprises an active cooling device, in which the active cooling device is in fluid communication with the at least one air flow nozzle and is configured to provide a flow of air to the at least one air flow nozzle. The lamp further comprises driver electronics configured to provide power to each of the light source and the active cooling device, wherein the driver electronics are remote from the active cooling device.

    Abstract: A method is provided for treating a lead-containing surface coating on a substrate. The method includes the steps of applying chemicals to the substrate in successive stages. The chemicals include glacial acetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, nitric acid, and ammonium hydroxide. After application, the chemicals remain on the substrate for a thermochemical leaching period, whereby a resulting chemical reaction removes lead ions from the substrate.
