The detergent is dispensed onto the brush. A tubular handle is operationally coupled to the reservoir. The tubular handle may be gripped. A cap is operationally coupled to the tubular handle. The cap is removed so the detergent is poured into the tubular handle. The detergent is stored in the reservoir.
