  • Patent number: 12723623
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a bearing positioning structure without radial interference fit, which is used for a step of an escalator, including: a bearing seat, a rolling bearing through which a step roller is installed on the bearing seat; wherein the bearing positioning structure also includes a bolt, a washer and a nut, the bearing seat has a central through hole coaxial with its circumferential surface, the bolt successively passes through the washer, a bearing inner ring of the rolling bearing, the central through hole and the nut, and the inner ring of the rolling bearing is clamped between the washer and an axial limit step of the bearing seat by tightening the nut. It can overcome the problems of low manufacturing and assembly efficiency, reduced component life and increased production cost caused by radial interference fit of bearing.

  • Publication number: 20250215920
Abstract: A self-locking structure of threaded connection for installing a step roller of an escalator on a step is provided. The step has a mounting shaft on which the step roller is installed through a rolling bearing; a threaded connection structure including a bolt, a washer and a nut, wherein the mounting shaft has a through hole along its axis line direction, the bolt passes through the washer, the through hole and the nut, and the washer presses the inner ring of the rolling bearing against the mounting shaft through the tightening engagement between the bolt and the nut. A countersunk slot hole for placing the nut is formed at the end of the through hole such that the bolt passes through the nut located in the countersunk slot hole. The sidewall of the countersunk slot hole includes a bottom face and two side faces forming a U-shaped structure.
