Publication number: 20240124890Abstract: Compositions and methods are described for the delivery of a fully human post-translationally modified therapeutic monoclonal antibody that binds to CGRP or CGRP receptor to a human subject for the treatment or prevention of migraines and cluster headaches. The antibodies may be delivered by gene therapy vectors, particularly rAAV vectors. Also provided are dual transgene constructs for the delivery of anti-CGRP and anti-CGRP receptor antibodies or antigen binding fragments thereof.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 28, 2021Publication date: April 18, 2024Inventors: Jared Smith, Bradley Hollidge, Joseph Bruder, Ye Liu, Randolph Qian, Chunping Qiao

Publication number: 20240062918Abstract: A control system manipulates one or more of the shape, timing, and magnitude of a pressure pulse (“plasma pulse trajectory”) generated by a plasma compression system to implode a liquid liner surrounding a cavity containing plasma, thereby compressing the plasma. The liquid liner and cavity are created by rotating a liquid medium in a vessel. Compression drivers extend perpendicularly around the liquid medium's rotational axis. Multiple layers of compression drivers are stacked in an axial direction parallel to the rotational axis to form multiple pressure zones extending along the rotational axis. The control system separately controls each pressure zone, or groups of pressure zones, to generate individual pressure pulses each having a different pressure pulse trajectory in each pressure zone. The multiple individual pressure pulses collectively form a combined pressure pulse having a pressure pulse trajectory that varies along the rotational axis.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 16, 2021Publication date: February 22, 2024Inventors: Michel Georges LABERGE, David Franklin PLANT, Raphael SEGAS, William Randolph SMITH, II

Publication number: 20240062919Abstract: A plasma compression system comprises a plasma containment vessel, an annular rotating core inside the vessel, and a plurality of compression drivers fixedly mounted to an outer surface of the vessel wall. The annular rotating core contains a liquid medium and is rotatable to circulate the liquid medium and form a liquid liner with a cavity. The rotating core comprises an outer surface spaced from an inner surface of the vessel wall to define an annular gap, and a plurality of implosion drivers each comprising a pusher bore with a pusher piston slideable therein. Each pusher bore extends through the rotating core. The plurality of compression drivers compresses a compression fluid in the annular gap and creates a pressure pulse, such that when the rotating core rotates and the liquid medium fills the pusher bores, the pusher pistons are operable to push the liquid medium inwards to collapse the liquid liner and compress a plasma in the cavity.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 16, 2021Publication date: February 22, 2024Inventors: Joerg ZIMMERMANN, Robert BOUCHAL, William Randolph SMITH, II

Patent number: 11909940Abstract: Methods, systems and computer readable media for color management are described. In some implementations, the method can include accessing one or more buildup curves associated with a combination of a substrate, one or more colorants and a colorant dispenser. The method can also include accessing a design file specifying a design and including one or more layer files each specifying a layer color. The method can further include generating, for each layer color, a corresponding colorization recipe based on the one or more buildup curves. The method can also include creating a production job instruction/metadata file having a link to the design instruction/metadata file and including parameters associated with the colorant dispensing job to be carried out using the design instruction/metadata file.Type: GrantFiled: June 24, 2022Date of Patent: February 20, 2024Assignee: Airdye Intellectual Property LLCInventors: Jesse Leskanic, Andy Parrott, Patrick Tak Fu Chong, Evan Randolph Smith, Daniel J. Publication number: 20230405297Abstract: A self-flushing connector includes a housing having a cavity, a first inlet port, a second inlet port, and an outlet port. A collapsible valve is disposed within the cavity. A first flow path extends from the first inlet port to the outlet port. The first inlet port and the second inlet port are fluidly connected through a gap defined between the body of the collapsible valve and an inner wall of the housing defining the cavity. A second flow path extends from the second inlet port to the first flow path. When the collapsible valve is in a closed state, the collapsible valve fluidly disconnects the second flow path from the first flow path while allowing fluid to flow through the first flow path. When the collapsible valve is in an open state, the second flow path is fluidly connected to the first flow path.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 6, 2023Publication date: December 21, 2023Inventors: Raymond P. FEITH, Jake Randolph SMITH
