    Abstract: An example method includes receiving a message from a sending service and addressed to a destination service. The message is sent to the destination service using a synchronous message modality responsive to a communication history parameter for the destination service indicating a synchronous message type. The message is sent to the destination service using an asynchronous message modality responsive to the communication history parameter indicating an asynchronous message type. A reply is received from the destination service and the reply is sent to the sending service. The synchronous message modality comprises waiting for a reply to be received from the destination service for a predetermined time interval. The asynchronous message modality comprises storing identification data associated with the message in a correlation data store, receiving the reply from the destination service, and determining whether the reply is associated with the message based on the identification data.

Classifications are assigned to the set of locations by implementing conflict resolution rules to selectively retain or replace baseline classifications with predicted classifications.     Abstract: An improved brush assembly for mounting on horizontally rotating brushes on street sweeping machines. A circular disk carries brush holders holding bristles in the desired configuration. The brush holders are clamped to the disk by a clamp having a clamp bar that engages the brush holder and is maintained parallel to the brush holder with an offset support. A bolt and nut combination between the brush holder and disk presses the clamp bar firmly against the brush holder to hold it in place. Alignment holes in the brush holder cooperate with pins on the clamp bar to maintain the brush holder in the proper position. Holes through the brush holder have transverse walls so that U-shaped bristles can be extended through the holes with legs of the U-shape on opposite sides of the transverse walls. The brush holder can be configured with a reinforced strip area for extra strength and a pair of reinforced tabs to provide further strength to resist cracking and fatigue failure during use.

    Abstract: The invention is directed to a loose leaf type ring binder having two long sides and a designated top and bottom for temporarily attaching perforated papers or the like to a file or folder. A pair of rings are loosely attached to the file or folder near the designated top in a manner so that they are free to pivot relative to the sides of the folder through substantially 180 degrees to a position substantially parallel with the surface of the folder or file in either direction of pivot. The opening through the center of the rings being positioned perpendicular to the designated top and bottom. Each of the rings are split and provided with a hinge so that the rings can be opened at the split to receive perforations in the papers to the attached thereto. The rings include a locking device at the ends of the split to prevent unwanted opening of the rings at the split and stops to prevent circumferential rotation of the rings relative to the file or folder.
