    Abstract: A device for protecting a furling awning mounted on a vertical surface includes a top cover having a back panel, a top panel, and opposed top end panels, as well as a bottom cover having a bottom panel, a front panel, and opposed bottom end panels. The bottom cover is arrangeable with respect to the top cover between an open condition, in which an opening is defined opposite the vertical surface, through which the awning can unfurl from the vertical surface, and a closed condition, in which the opening is closed and the top and bottom covers cooperate to define an enclosed interior.

    Abstract: Cooking grill apparatus includes a portion of a vehicle, such as a front portion or a rear portion, for decorative and functional purposes, disposed in or on a free standing grill assembly or base. A vehicle engine hood or, in an alternate embodiment, a vehicle trunk lid, comprises a cover for a cooking grill disposed on the base. Adjacent portions of the vehicle are included for protective, functional, and decorative applications. The vehicle portion are integrated into the outdoor free standing grill assembly or base. The assembly or base may extend both laterally and rearwardly from the vehicle portion. Vehicle lights may be used for nighttime use of the grill apparatus.

    Abstract: A multi-purpose document holder which can be used with documents printed in either the landscape or portrait positions. Adjustably slidable line-guides are used to indicate a position within a document. Line-guides are provided for use of the device in both the landscape and portrait positions, and can be incorporated into the device as removable or non-removable members. This multi-purpose document holder is further provided with a document chamber having a spring-loaded backing plate to accommodate a stack of documents while maintaining the topmost document in contact with a line-guide. A document storage compartment is provided to house completed work, and a bi-functional stand is used to hold the device in a substantially vertical position when used in either the landscape or portrait positions.
