Abstract: The present invention provides methods, devices, and systems for enhancing the dissemination of information throughout an organization, and more particularly to developing meaningful mentoring relationships within such an organization. Tools are provided that allow mentors and learners to define their current traits as well as relationship goals and, based on those defined traits and goals, locate valuable learners/mentors.
