Abstract: A collapsible hunting stand for multi-terrain vehicles includes racks having connected tubes and support plates attached thereto and a frame having leg members with bottom ends disposed adjacent to the racks. The stand further includes a first plurality of cross braces defining steps and a second plurality of cross braces to maintain the frame at a stable position when adapted to a raised position. Locking flange portions are selectively spaced along the second plurality of cross braces and the leg members. A seat section is attached to the frame and an elastic strap traverses across the width of the frame for assisting to maintain the stand at a stable position during non-operating conditions. The stand further includes an elongated support rod attached to a tow ball of a vehicle.
