  • Publication number: 20250120366
Abstract: A portable device that can be temporarily attached to a building's hose spigot or plumbing angle stop valves and the like, for the purposes of: (i) providing an uninterrupted supply of cool drinking water for pets; and (ii) ongoing health monitoring via alerts of pet hydration habits. In the preferred embodiment, the device claimed herein consists of the following as illustrated in FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4. Housing features an internal chamber containing cooling unit, tank, control unit, inlet pipe, outlet pipe and battery. User connects anterior end of hose onto inlet pipe via inlet coupler and posterior end of hose onto a building's plumbing system using spigot coupler or angle stop valve coupler. Power cord is then connected to a wall outlet. User adjusts level sensor or float to desired depth within bowl, which establishes the maximum desired water fill level. Spigot or angle stop valve is opened to pressurize device and fill tank.

  • Patent number: 11873627
Abstract: A portable apparatus that can be temporarily attached to plumbing angle stop valves and the like, for the purposes of: (i) providing a controlled supply of water for repair and construction operations in a building; and (ii) testing for leaks in plumbing systems. This invention consists of the following components as depicted in FIGS. 1 through 4. Control unit consists of manifold interconnected with valve. Gauge is mounted into gauge port. Inlet pipe is attached to inlet port via matching threaded ends. Posterior end of inlet hose connects to inlet pipe via supply fitting. Anterior end of inlet hose can be attached onto a plumbing angle stop valve via supply fitting; said fitting has circumferential finger grips to facilitate attachment/removal without tools. Outlet port has outlet pipe mounted via matching threaded ends; said pipe can be fabricated in a straight or curved configuration. Quick-disconnect snap coupler can be installed between inlet pipe and inlet fitting as an alternate connection means.

  • Patent number: 7013926
Abstract: A plumbing pipe plug apparatus configured for insertion into a section of pipe and adapted to radially expand so as to engage the inner surface of the pipe and form a positive seal therewith is disclosed. The pipe plug is adapted with a conduit having a check valve that opens in response to fluid pressure to enable the injection into the plumbing system of a pressurized fluid, such as water, to pressurize the system downstream of the plug to allow for leak inspection and pressure testing.
