Abstract: In an example embodiment, a framework is provided that helps configure predefined actions on transactions in a process flow, which will be continuously learned using artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning techniques. This allows decision trees to be dynamically built to bypass unnecessary delays, especially as the volume of inputs grows and the variations of decisions become more complex.
