C(OR").sub. 3 wherein:R' is hydrogen, a straight-chained alkyl group of 1 to 5 carbon atoms or a branched chain alkyl group of 1 to 5 carbon atoms; andR" is a straight-chained alkyl group of 1 to 12 carbon atoms, a branched-chain alkyl group of 1 to 12 carbon atoms or phenyl.
