Abstract: A system and a method for handling events of a fleet of personal mobility devices (PMDs), the system including: a server configured to receive live data from the fleet of PMDs, store the live data in a first memory, and accumulated it as part of historical data. The server may include a processing logic including a classifier configured to provide prediction data based on at least one of: the historical data, the live data. The system may include an event processor configured to process an alarm of the live alarm data of the live data or the prediction alarm data of the prediction data, and generate an alert. Each PMD may include an IoT device and a power controller, and wherein the live data may include first data originating from the power controller and second data originating from the IoT device of a PMD of the fleet.
