Abstract: A computer implemented system for generating and managing geographical specific deals comprising a deal information module that obtains information on deals from a plurality of merchants, an inventory and deal splitting module that splits each inventory comprising a plurality of products to be sold into a plurality of deals; and each deal comprising the plurality of products to be sold into a plurality of sub deals that are made available at different sub intervals of the pre defined time interval, a sub deal selection and notification module that selects a sub deal from a deal based on the location information of the shopper, and notifies the sub deal to the shopper; and a transaction identifier generation module that generates the transaction identifier for the sub deal based on a selection of the sub deal, and notifies the transaction identifier to the shopper with a validity period for the transaction identifier.
