Abstract: The present invention relates to methods and uses of preventing or treating cancer The method or use may comprise administration of a cancer therapy together with a compound of Formula (I). In the compound of Formula (I) A is a substituted heteroaryl comprising at least one ring nitrogen; and D includes an optionally substituted: phenyl, N-linked 3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[b][1,4]oxazinyl, N-linked 10H-phenoxazinyl, indole, pyridinyl, pyrimidinyl, pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridinyl or thienyl (or R3? and D together form a five or six membered ring). The compound of Formula (I) may be an inhibitor of transient receptor potential vanilloid 6 (TRPV6). The cancer therapy may be a chemotherapeutic agent. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions and kits comprising a compound of Formula (I) and/or a chemotherapeutic agent.
