Abstract: A handle replacement kit for guiding motion of a receptacle by using an arm or forearm in place of a hand, without need for grasping a handle. The kit comprises a hollow receptacle retainer of varying dimensions and a pair of handle replacement members, each member extendable laterally outwardly from the receptacle retainer and connectable thereto. The handle replacement members rest on a user's arm or forearm. Motion of the handle replacement is directed by the user's arm or forearm.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a handle replacement apparatus, for guiding motion of a receptacle using an arm or forearm in place of a hand, without need for a handle. The apparatus comprises a receptacle retainer of varying dimensions and at least one handle replacement element extendable laterally outwardly from the receptacle retainer and connected thereto. The handle replacement element is dimensioned to rest on a user's arm or forearm, and to be engageable therewith, so that in use, positioning for guided motion at varying angles is directed by the user's arm or forearm. A kit comprising a receptacle retainer, a handle replacement element and means for connecting the handle replacement element to the retainer are disclosed. Methods of using the apparatus and the kit are also disclosed.
