    Abstract: Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with adaptive low-complexity channel estimation are illustrated. In one embodiment a device includes a receiver configured to receive an orthogonal frequency-division multiplexed (OFDM) signal. The device also includes a controller configured to control a switch to select between processing paths based, at least in part, on the channel conditions of the OFDM signal. The processing paths selectable by the switch include a first processing path and a second processing path.
