Abstract: Techniques are described for a video survey. One method includes providing a video survey to a customer or a potential customer of a service, sale, product, or system. The video survey may be provided before, during, or after a provided service. In some cases, the customer or the potential customer may provide one or more responses to one or more requests included in the video survey. The video survey may record the one or more responses to the one or more requests. In some examples, the provided responses may be a video response, an audio response, a tactile response, or any combination thereof. The video survey may proceed or conclude based on the response being a positive response or a negative response.
